SAFETY
The safety of our employees always comes first; before profits or timelines. “We want our workers to return home to their families; healthy and happy,” says the owner, Heber Barlow. Our company has undergone an extensive safety protocol overhaul. All safety personnel are OSHA 500 certified. The only acceptable goal is to have Zero recordable accidents. The Colorado HVAC division has been recordable accident-free since May 3, 2019. We offer full, health insurance coverage, including dental and vision, plus worker's compensation to ensure our employees feel safe and secure in their careers.
